SHIPPING

We are currently shipping within the United States and select international destinations.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days, although times may vary by destination and shipping carrier.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $150.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Dear Via is unable to make changes once an order has been processed. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Dear Via does not collect or control these charges.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.
